While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Our AI system strives for accuracy in expense categorization and data extraction, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies in their expense data.
All intellectual property rights in the Melo service, including our AI technology, algorithms, and software, remain our exclusive property. Users retain ownership of their expense data.
Melo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to financial losses due to data inaccuracies.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users can stop using the service by ceasing to send messages to our WhatsApp bot. We may terminate access for violations of these terms or other operational reasons.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through our WhatsApp service or website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
